Minette, BS, RDH, OMT
Registered Dental Hygienist and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist
Minette began her dental career as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2000 and transitioned to Dental Hygiene in 2014. At Exceptional Dentistry, she played a pivotal role in bringing the Executive Physical of the mouth to our practice and ensuring that practical dental hygiene became a critical component of long-term dental care for our patients. Minette’s laser certification allows her to offer patients advanced and minimally invasive treatment options, promoting faster healing and reduced discomfort during procedures. Minette is also an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist and is trained in Buteyko Breathing techniques which aligning with our focus on airway and overall systemic health.
Susan
Registered Dental Hygienist
Susan is highly trained in laser dentistry and known for being incredibly gentle. Her patients often playfully describe her as “gentle as a pickpocket” due to her remarkable skill and care in laser therapy. This accolade speaks volumes about her dedication to her craft. Susan’s dental journey has been a lifelong adventure, beginning back in her high school days when she embarked on an on-the-job training experience with her childhood dentist. She initially worked as a dental assistant while making her way through college. More than two decades have passed since that pivotal decision, and she continues to relish every moment of her dental hygiene career.

Connie, with over 25 years of invaluable experience in dentistry, has expertly navigated both clinical and administrative roles within dental practices. Her profound understanding of the field, acquired through years of dedicated service, makes her an indispensable asset to Exceptional Dentistry. Natisha brings over a decade of valuable experience to our practice. Originally from California, Natisha embarked on her dental career journey there, achieving the title of Extended Function Dental Assistant early on. She possesses a genuine passion for fostering strong patient relationships and ensuring their dental experiences are memorable, all while prioritizing the development of great smiles and excellent oral health.
